Oh gosh, as I looked at my previous post a realised that it dates back to "31st December 2010".
Goodness that was like a year ago!
This IS bad. Time keeps flying without me realising it.

Anyhows, I FINALLY found the time to actually come by this forlorn and long-forgotten place.

Its looks really pathetic.

So, since my horoscope says I should be getting in touch with my artistic side, here I am blogging because I can't really draw for nuts.

Wait I can't even draw peanuts. :P

Beauty, it can be defined in many forms.

Some consider a fine artpiece as beauty, while some would consider a magnificent fashion-line or maybe a descriptive passage in a book as beauty.

The human body is also considered a work of art which screams beauty.

Some even find beauty in a variety of things ranging from nature right up to a meal.

Oh God, I sound so disgustingly inspired.

Okay, well maybe I am, espeacially after coming across these breath-taking pictures which not only made me so facinated but also made my gastric juices flow.

The pictures below are just amazing, and I'm pretty sure Geraldine would love these pictures.

But maybe I'm just easily amazed.

2010 is almost here! I can even smell it!!

Its the begining of another decade :)

Finally its the final day of 2009.

What a year has it been. A total roller-coaster ride for me.

2009,

the year which gave me so much heartache, stress, tears and headaches.

I've lost so many things this year. So many things, from school stuff to my best friend and even myself.

It was really hard trying to cope and get through every single obstacle this year. But, I guess it made me a stronger person.

Looking back to 2008 where I just simply threw away that golden opportunity to venture out of Malaysia and widen my horizons, I feel like a total idiot as well as a fool.

What held me back?

Stupid smalll dreams which I thougt I could acheive by staying here.

Me being scared of leaving my friends.

Scared of the stress I would face.

That goes to show how not prepared I am to face the real world. I seriously need to grow up.

Now I'm stuck here as a nobody and being all pathetic.

Oh wells, I guess there were some good out of this bad year.

I've learnt alot of life lessons this year,

I got to know about Adam Lambert!! :)

I did alot of church stuff and met new pople and made new friends along the way.

I met my cousins whom I've not met in so many years.

I've become a stonger person in terms of emotionally.

So its 2010, another year, so I have another batch of resolutions.

Hmmm, lets see what I've got on my mind.

My new year's resolution for 2010.

To be more hardworking
To be more organized
To get a proper grip on my life
To be more level headed
To do my very best in SPM ( hopefully all A1s' or is it A+ )
To be more responsible and sensible
To LOOSE WEIGHT! (5kg)
To further develop my skills in the piano and the guitar
To be more independent and less depandable on others
To be closer to God.
To take my studies more seriously
To learn now to swim :)
To be less moody
To blog more
To spend less time shopping and watching tv
To sing better XD
To be a better writer

Okay, whew, I think that should be all. Too much then later I would be disappointed cause I cannot acheive every single thing on the list.

Hahaha, my sis wanna use the computer now so since its the first day of the year, I'll give in to her. I'm so good and responsible now. So one aspect has been settled on my resolution list right? :)

Oh! Before I forget,

I've got to be the most laziest person in the whole of Johor Bahru.
I can't even keep my blog alive.

But, you can't really blame me.
Blame the teachersfor giving me so much homework!
Blame the Ministry of Education for giving such a short holiday!
Blame the television broadcasting companies for showing so many nice shows!
Blame my sister for hogging the computer for so long!
Blame my parent for allowing me to inherite the "lazy-genes"

Whew.

Okay, I guess I'm pretty much blaming everyone except myself.
God alone knows what has gotten into me.
Suddenly I've turned into some bum with mood-swings.
I really think it must be the Add Maths that turned me into this horrific monster.

Its the 25th of December 2009. Christmas.
Somehow, typing the fact that it is already Christmas feels so weird.
Every year, even a month before Christmas I would always have this warm and excited feeling.
But this year, I just felt so bleak.
I guess I was a total wet blanket this Christmas.
But I'm feeling much better today after letting all out yesterday night.

Hmmm, I've got nothing much to say.
I want to play Icy Towers now :)

Whew, its been a really long long long time since I posted anything here.

My blog has gotten dusty and ancient.

Gosh my last post dates way back in August.

That is bad.

Well its totally not fair to blame me for the lack of posts in my blog. Blame my lazybone.

Seriously, I've been too lazy to actually post anything and my creative juices have run dry.

Every single time I long on, I'm speechless.

Oh wells, my excuses can only go so far.

So without further delay, I'm going to make blogging a daily thing.

I've realised tht with out posting things on a regular basis, my writing skills have deteriorated, my creative side has depleated and I'm always finding it hard to actually string a sentance together.

Bad, bad, bad.

Its been decided that every time I post about something it won't just revolve around me,myself and I but more like it revolves around the questions I think about daily.

Its no joke I have a ton of questions, my freinds have heard about like maybe a quarter.

The rest are just swimming in my head distraciting me from my daily activities.

So here's what I proposed to do, I'll post a question daily and give my feedback on it.

Others can give theirs that is if people start coming here again.

So, lets get the ball rolling, since its just my first day, I'll start with something not-so-deep.

The question is

"Education, a good thing or a bad thing?"

Ahhh, and I know there are people rolling their eyes and thinking, I'm nuts to even ask such a one-sided question.

Duh, education is important for the devolpment of humans, the world and the universe says the teachers, the politicians and almost every single living soul in the world.

But how true is it?

Okay, lets look at it from a different perspective, we humans are so eudcated these days.

We know how we function, we know how the world revolves, we know how to clone stuff, we know about technology, we practically know about everything.

But, do we know too much?

Its because of this knowledge humans know how to create nuclear weapons.

People are making these mass-destruction weapons which can and will kill people.

Cloning, has it ever crossed your mind that with clonning, people can clone people like Hitler and Osama?

Come on, don't tell me these people do not have legions of followers that want to see them alive and kicking now.

Can you imagine the state of the world's population when Hitler exsisted in this era.

New inventions, new ideas.

All these new things people create without thinking of its implications on the environment.

Yes, yes, I know without education we won't have doctors to cure people, we won't have scientist coming up with new solutions on how to save the world.

But how did these problems come up in the first place?

I highly doubt the cavemen needed doctors and scientist.

So my dear friends, to me education I guess has its boundaries.

You know, in good hands yay! in bad boo!

But seriously who are we to play God in this type of things?

What great timing just when the end-of-the-year rush begins I will be sick.

Anyway, as I sat in bed whinning about my bad luck I had alot of time to let thoughts swim thru my head.

Stuff which I kept pushing aside everyday due to exams.

I just figured that I'm just so clueless about whats to come next after I step my feet out of the gates of Convent.

Its like stepping out into the world for the first time.

I have no idea what I'm going to do.

Everything is like a gigantic question mark.

Believe it or not its happening next year.

I'm so eager to leave highschool, but I'm so unsure of myself.

I'm as always contradicting myself.

What if I'm not matured enough to deal with the stress out there?

What if I turn wild?

All the "what ifs" that I can never answer now.

All this paranoia is either Steve's fault or its just the flu making my head go nuts.

I can never sit in a quiet room cause thats when my brain comes alive giving me scary thoughts.

Oh, its four already, American Idol Season 8 is on TV now =)

And its happens yet again.

America makes the wrong decision yet again leaving me all heart-broken, irritated and really hating them a whole lot more.

Adam lost.

Gosh, this is the only season which really affected me so badly.

Seriously, I mean how on earth could Adam loose?

Its not like I hate Kris. Don't get me wrong, I think Kris is good.

But Adam's better. So much better.

Chances are he lost cause of his sex-orientation.

So what if his gay.

Welcome to the 21st century. Almost 70% of the world's population is bisexual, or atleast they subconciously are.

Anyways, whats with people being so narrow-minded and acting old just like my dad.

I thought Idol was about talent not about one's personal life and preference in whatever gender.

So childish.

Funny story about my dad.

Coming home from school on that faithful day.

The day which America decided Kris was the best singer in that region.

I was just exhausted and tired after a long day of add maths and history papers.

My dad was acting weird.

He asked me how was the papers and he said he wanted to talk.

As you know I get freaked out when my parents want to have "The Talk".

Fine I just sat down and waited.

Then he asked me, "Why am I so crazy over Adam?"

Ahh..I figured. He got scared when he saw Adam perform with KISS.

His reaction was just hilarious, full of concern and just so worried his daughter would bring home a gay or someone who looks like Adam.

He was like, "Eunice why can't you like normal guys?"

I just said, "Define normal."

"Normal. As in guys who don't dress-up or wear make-up or have blue streaks in their hair or have nuemerous piercings", my dad said with the usual frown of worry.

I answered, "Dad, are you homophobic? What did Adam do to offend you? I like Adam for his talent and I don't care if his gay or not."

My dad wanted to continue but I just held up my hand.

Ah, I bet that won't be the end of it.

I'm sure my dad is having this internal debate about whether to bring up this topic.
I understand his position. Its only natural for a parent to feel worried if thier child tends to have this liking for homosexual people.

But I guess thats just me.

I have to admit, I've fallen for about 4 gays in my short life span on earth.

I have no idea what I like about them.

I think its the fact that they actually take the time and effort to look good.

Normal guys just seem all too sloppy and sluggish.

Just my opinion. I'm not a sexist or anything.

Okie, so its been like one month since I actually posted something here.
Yesh, many thought my bloggy's dead, but neh its alive.
Its just my computer was out-of-service since last month.

Anyways, I didn't wanna blog today or for the rest of this month cause its the exam period.

Speaking of studying. Wonder why I'm here tending to my dead blog instead of mugging for my Bio exam tommorow?
Wells, I think I should blog something about American Idol before this Thursday.
Incase you are thinking, "Whats on this thursday?". I say DUDE WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN LIVING?
okie incase you don't know its already the finale.
And its a showdown between Kris Allen and Adam Lambert.
A showdown between the pretty boy and the hot guy with an extraordinary talent which comes once in like a decade.

Yesh, I admit I maybe a bit biased and its pretty obvious I'm a true blue Adam Lambert supporter.
Don't get me wrong. I like Kris, his rendition of Heartless was AWESOME. Its just Adam is so much more AWESOME!

Heck the fact his gay, heck the fact that my religion doesn't support gays. I still love him. I'm still hoping I'll marry him one day.
I mean his talent is just out-of-this-world.
The first time he sang I was in love.

People say its gonna be the battle between Adam's Mad World and Kris's Heartless.
To me there isn't really a battle.
Heartless was good but in terms of vocals and originality, Mad World is in a different league.
But its America's vote.
Are they ready for their first homosexual idol?

I think I want pink hair.

Stress, its taking a toll on me.

I think I'm gonna loose it one fine day.

The only thing keeping me sane, music.

God bless the soul who invented it.

As I said time and time again, I've did not inherit the music talents of both my parents.

But, I obviously inherited their love for it.

I guess, its safe to say I would most likely die without it.

The beats, bass, lyrics all in harmony keeping me happy.

Its hard to explain the sense of relief or peace of mind after listening to a few songs.

Even on my roughest day, just a few songs and I'm able to smile.

The wonders of music.

Enhances the soul as musch as the telly.

However, my wonderful music loving parents simply refuses to get me an MP3 or an I-pod.

No matter how much I plead or beg, throw tantrums and be sickly sweet.

They refuse to budge.

For the love of god, its just an MP3.

Its hard you know, trying to make music portable.

I can't possibly carry my radio around.

I can't keeping burning new CDs daily to keep up with what songs I want.

ALL I WANT IS AN MP3!

with a memory space of atleast 2GB.

I guess I have to put that on hold and wait until I have a steady income, in others words, when I start working.

Damn, isn't that in like a long while more?

I may have gone mad by then.

News From The Boring and Mundane Side of Life.

Never would I expect to see the day which I acutally watch the telly for as long as two hours per week.
The only show I'm actually following, American Idol Season 8.

Oh my tien (kari taught me this), I thought I saw the best of AI last season. This season is so much better. Whatever Miss Krystal may say about AI being over-rated and what not, I still love it. My dear darlings for this season.

My darling Adam Lambert. Glam Goth Rocker with a mad range. Loved him from the time he sang Bohemian Rapsody during his auditions. Love the over-dramaticness and sexy-vibe from him. See how he sang Satisfaction, A-mah-zing. Randy says he sees Edward Cullen in him. Huh?

Nathaniel, I hated him at first. Such a drama mama, but after he sang Distrubia I love him.
Who cares if his gay, who cares if his so emotional like Rachel. His good. By the way, the first video is Nathaniel singing Bleeding Love. He did both Disturbia and Bleeding Love better than their original singers. Sadly the Disturbia video is just an audio.

My 16th birthday just passed.
I had every taste of 16, sour, salty, bitter except sweet.
I had my bio exam on that day which I failed.
Many forgot it was my birthday cause it was an exam day.
I don't blame them, I understand that exams are so stressful.
I hate exams!!

I'm in my school's debate team.
One of my dreams have been fulfilled.
But I doubt I'm gonna be speaking much cause of the fact I'm sharing speaking position with Eva.

I just came back from Nao's birthday.

It was fun.

I was distracted from all problems for a short while.

My smile was truly sincere these past two days.

Now's back to reality and enduring some extremly highly hell-of-a-great people's fart again.

Pardon me for my French.

I'm in the process of making a few life changing decisions.

Its currently confusing me even more.

I must solve and make these decisions soon so that my peace of mind will return and life will somehow lighten up.

If only our purposes in life were much more obvious and clear cut to each of us.
Then, I, infact many of us won't be wasting most of our lives away just trying to figure out what's our purpose for existing on the face of this earth.
Decisons then will be so much easier, things will be clearer and I won't be so confused.
I'm tired of playing this game of "Guessing Which is The Right Move".
Thinking, thinking and more thinking.
It never ends.
I guess thats how things are supposed to be.

I wonder, what if my choices for life were made differently?
Will I be satisfied or will I still be moaning like I am now?
Humans are selfish beings.
We want everything.
Its in our nature to demand for the best of everything life can offer.
But somehow, the more we want and demand, the more difficult it is to find our inner-peace.
Contradicting in many ways, but thats just life. Its out to kill us in some way or another.

All we are certain of in our short-lived and extremly full of chaos life is we are all gonna die one day.
Death is the point which all humans are heading for.
So isn't it in a way wasting time for succeding so much when we are all meeting the same fate?
It doesn't matter if your a president or a begger each individual is heading for that one certain destination.
So why all these competition?
Why all these issues about this is my territory and that is yours?
Shoudn't everyone be considered equal?
Things like wars and racism should not exist.

I guess just being a teen my words don't carry much weight.
But just being a teen and I see this issues from this perspective shouldn't those who actually hold power have a much matured and beter perspective of certain issues?
Its a world where everyone are actually supposed not to be over competitive.
I guess its just we are so accustomed to being and wanting the best in everything we tend to forget that not everyone can afford to be first and that being number two is actually alright.

Gosh, what a long "speech".

I guess its been bottled up in me for way too long.

Its getting late, there's school, works incomplete, lesson remain unrevised and my list of to-do's keeps getting longer.

Some Are Just Too Fortunte For Their Own Good.

My blog titles are getting longer and longer. They are turning into something like a Fall Out Boy song title.
That reminds me, Fall Out Boy are performing in Singapore and I can't go.

Sadly I'm not fortunate enough.

I just can't believe that some people are just so freaking fortunate. Its like their life are filled with so many good things.

Why is mine just the total opposite?

Don't I deserve atleast something?

I strongly believe that one should get their responsibilities or positions according to their capibility and talents, not their ability to suck-up.

I just absolutely abhore the fact that some people can get away with almost anything.

Some don't even have an ounce of capibility or talent but can get all the oppurtunities in the world to provethemselves.

Not saying I'm absolutely great or anything, but I feel that I am just as capable or even much more capable then some people.

Its just, I'm never given the chance to prove myself, the chance to shine, the chance to lead, the chance to breakfree.

I'm always in the shadow of popular people who get every single chance in everything just because they are famous or one of their family members are.

What kind of message is being sent across?

People from poor families like me and have not so famous siblings have to work 10 times more than this famous people to be somebody?

Where is the justice? Where are our rights? What is the world comiong to?

Living the life I leave now, saying the things I say now, I'm being classed under the category of "Emo".

Just to declare things, I'm not even close to emo.

I just have a harder and tougher life compared to people my age.

So, I tend to see things from a bleaker point of view.

I tend to be a little unstable emotionally.

For pointing out the fact my blog's dead and I'm always busy.

Everyday, doesn't matter if its Monday or Sunday, a weekday or a weekend, a normal schooling day or a holiday, I have work, work and yes, more work.

Add maths, Modern maths, Bio, Chem, Physics even Moral.

Every subject has work everyday.

Life is like a routine which is the same every single day.

Wake up, eat, school, homework, sleep.

Its the same for holidays as well.

We get work that would actually take us a year to finish.

Notes for every single subject, 100++ add maths questions and whatever nots.

I've actually got free tickets for the movies and I don't even have the time to sllep let alone catch a movie.

Am I like the only person in form 4 who feels this way??

Its like Joachim still has time to do everything normally and he blames me for being busy.

Like I can help it.

I don't see Rebecca or Greg cracking under the pressure.

Oh well, its Rebecca and Greg, the biggest smart asses of my time.

For the first time in my life, the first week of school is so tiring and energy draining.

Which one I prefered? I guess I liked both.
How can you compare romance and horror?

Quaratine was okay.

Not the scariest ghost movie I've seen.

But there were times where I did jump.
The guys tried watching it today.

And can you believe it?

They screamed!

While everyone was watching it on the first day of its release, I was at camp.

I've just arrived home.

I'm the walking dead.

Its been 4 days and 3 nights.

Its been really hectic, tiring, crazy, funny, frustrating, and etc. etc.

Gosh.

Camp this year is quite different from last year's one.

So many things, so many problems, so much scolding, so much pressure.

Too little fun, too little time, too little sleep.

Camp this year was just simply unpredictable.

On the first day there, I realised I forgot my toothbrush.

Darn it.

I had to ask Eva's mum (aka Mrs Emilda) to bring an extra one for me.

She could not stop telling everyone about that incident.

I doubt she'll ever let it rest.

Camp this year had so many suprises and unexpected events.

Well maybe not that many.

But definately one.

A certain event which I would consider historical.

An event which I doubt I would ever forget.

An event which I thought I would not live to see.

An event which just makes my simply happy.

I still can't believe it happened.

Camp this year was just hilarious.

From the chicken dance right up to Issac telling Mrs. Emilda he rolled up his blanket when she asked him why it was not folded.

Eva bonded with one of her group members, a nine year-old.

And she got more than what she bargained for.

Greg actually shaking his ass while line-dancing.

I'm too sleepy to remember more.

Overall, a memorable camp?

Umm, its not a camp which I would miss much.

Yet it did have its share of memories.

LOL!

I finally watched a horror movie with my buddies.

Quarantined.

Oh well, the movie was okay.

Was not that scary.

Although Jolynn and Geraldine says they won't be able to sleep at night.

I mean, there is nothing about ghosts or supermatural stuff.

Its actually about a building where everyone is trapped inside cause they are quarantined.

There is some sort of disease running thru the people and they turn into cannibals.

Funny thing was, as expected Jolynn, Geraldine and Rachel were screaming their lungs out.

Even before the movie started they were like "Lets leave."

I admit I did scream once. But only once.

Anyway, they were screaming and screaming.

Bear in mind they were the only ones screaming.

Rachel was grabbing my hand until I swear my circulation was disrupted.

Next to me on the other side, dear Mister Joachim.

I expected him to not be scared.

Turned out, throughout most of the movie he was covering his eyes and ears.

And about half way he says, "Lets get out and go see another movie!".

OMG!

Everyone wanted to go out.

Gosh!

On my left, Joachim. Covering eyes, ears and cursing.
On my right, Rach. Dissappeared under her jacket. So in the end she was just a lump of black.
On Rach's right, Geraldine. She too dissappeared under her jacket.
On Geraldine's right, Jolynn. Wore her jacket front to back and used her hood to sheild her face.
At the end, Kari. The most sanest one.

He was sitting one seat away from Joachim.

The freaky thing was, when there is a scary part is on screen he laughs!

Who am I?

I'm Eunice Agnes Sivosothey.

I'm 15 years old and in two months time I will be 16.

I'm born on the 26th of February 1993 here in JB.

I study in Convent and I've just sat for my PMR.

I have a younger sister.

I'm half Indian, half Filipino somewhat mixed Eurasian and Spanish.

Apart from that, I have no idea who I am.

As time went by, I changed. From small innocent girl, to quiet and goody girl who's always in class and listens to teacher, to a tomboy, to a emo, to what you see me now.

Is this the real me?

I don't know.

Will I change again?

Have I found myself yet?

I've always wanted to be more.

I've got so many dreams.

But I'm scared to dream, I'm scared of finding out over and over again my dreams can't be achieved.

I've always wanted to be a great speaker, a debater.

But I know I can't, there are people out there who are way better, have more experience, more skill.

I've always wanted to sing.

But I was told from time to time I suck, I'm off pitch. I was even told I'm tone deaf.

I've always wanted to dance.

But again, I'm surrounded by great dancers. I was told I can't dance. I was given "that" look.

I've always loved playing the guitar.

But I was told before my performance I suck.

I've always loved fashion.

But I can't draw. I was told before my clothes look old-fashion and my fashion sense sucks.

I've always loved acting and being on stage.

But I was told my voice is boring. I sound like a hawker. I have no emotions when I speak.

I've always loved writing.

But then again, there are people who's language are better than mine. Who have people to tutor them, to guide them.

I've always loved this certain game.

A game which I thought I would give it a try in form 1.

A game which I put my heart and soul into it.

A game which I sacrificed everything for.

A game which I thought I had a future in.

A game which meant everything to me.

But, again I was dissapointed. Just before my breakthrough competition, I was made a reserve.

I trained so hard for that position. I trained years yet it was taken away from me just because I could not shout loud enough.

Was I really that bad?

Yes, people have told me time and time again, don't give up, its not over yet.

But deep inside, eventhough I keep telling myself I can make a come-back, I can see, I can feel that its impossible.

I don't feel like I'm part of the team anymore.

I feel like I don't belong.

I don't feel worthy wearing the jersey.

I feel insecure that people look at me while I play.

I've lost all confidence when I play.

I've lost all passion for the game.

I've been advised not to let pride ruin everything, but its not just my pride.

Its just, I really can't bring myself to play anymore.

Everytime I stand in the field to play, all those memories just comes back. All those bitter memories of just being a reserve.

Its just really frustrating when you think you've figured out everything but you realise you haven't got a clue about anything.

Just who am I really?

What is my purpose in life?

What is my real calling?

Will I ever find out?

My computer's down.

Something is going on with the moniter. It refuses to light up.

I'm lucky its working today.

Or else I won't be able to blog or continue watching my show or catch-up with people online.

Its been quite hectic this past two days.

Begining on Wednesday,
-Trip to the zoo. I was completely bitten by mosquitoes. The place was freaking smelly. But its
better going there rather than getting stuck in school doing nothing.

Thrusday,
-Softball finals between 3D and 3A. Yes, and as usual 3A lost. Atleast we're second. The teachers
are really kind by rewarding the top two spots with money. In total I earned 40 ringgit. Pretty
useful since I'm broke.

I went to the library on Thursday. My dad could not pick me up right after school so he made me wait at the library.

I was not totally angry about waiting there. I decided to borrow books just incase my computer breaks down permanently.

I was looking for the book Twilight. Yes, I know I'm a bit slow, but you can't blame me I was busy okay. Anyway, I was looking for the book and I could not find it. So Carinn advised me to ask the librarian.

Here is the conversation.

Eunice : Excuse me, do you have the book Twilight?

Librarian : Huh? toilet? Oh, bawah sana. (points to toilet)

Eunice : Huh? No I want Twilight the book. (show hand gestures)Does the library have it?

Librarian : Oh, err..tunggu sekejap. (calls another librarian) Apa nama buku?

Eunice : Twilight.

Librarian : Apa? Toilet?

I shan't continue. Lets just say, I didn't get the book I wanted, I was freaking frustrated and I was so close to clubbing the librarian's head with the book I was holding.

Talk about frustrating.

Anyway, I borrowed this really nice book from the library.

Its entitled,

The Truth About Forever.

The title itself was intriguing.

From this very book which I spent my whole of today reading, I learnt one of life's greatest lessons.

" Nothings perfect. Just be comtempleted with what you have."

Story is amazing. Its like, I've always wanted a perfect life. I've always worked so hard for it. But now I realise, a perfect life is just a regular schedule which later on you will realise it get boring. People need suprises once in awhile. People need abit of chaos once in awhile. People need abit of changes here and there.

The guy in the book, Wes, was really sweet. If only he did exists.

I just realised something, I think I rather Sacred Heart.

Anyways, me and Eva, ooops!
I mean Eva and I (donkey last) were talking about our future husbands, our happy endings.

Happy Endings?

I don't believe in happy endings after what happened to me before.

I used to think, I would find my soul mate.

He would be really sweet, loving, cares for me alot, misses me every time I'm not there and does all nice stuff for me cause he cares.

We would love each other until the very end

But now, I'm more realistic.

After what happened,

I don't believe that there is such thing as "The Dream Guy".

I don't believe any guy would be so loving and caring.

I don't believe that love won't be based on materialism.

I was asked before, "Who inspires you?"

At that moment of time, I was totally stumped and gave an aswer which I think isn't satisfactory.

As I sat on my bed, thinking, I've actually got the answers.

People who inspire me?

Yes, they did make an impact in my life.

Take a look, some familiar faces, yea, some you may not know.

Who? - Jeffrey Sebelia

- He was the winner of Project Runway Season 3. That was the only series that I
mange watch every episode.

How? - I was inspired by his life story. His parents were divoreced when he was young. Due to the trauma and the he felt it was his fault his parents divorced he went into drugs. He was in and out of rehab many times. However in the end, he managed to pull himself together and made a career for himself as a designer.

Who? - JK Rowling.

-Author of Harry Potter. The creator of Harry Potter, Hogwarts and the wizarding world.

How? - She spent most of her time completing her first Harry Potter book in cafes because her house was not warm enough. She could not even afford to get a proper meal for herself. Her determination and amazing writing skills amazes me.

Who? - Michael Phelps

- An American swimmer who won 8 gold medals in the Beijing Olympics 2008.

How? - I guess the fact that he managed to acheive such a feat really made me wonder how did he do it. He didn't have such a great childhood either and not such a great past. But he somehow managed to start over and now he is the best olympian of all time.

School Honour

Three cheers for CONVENT!

We WON!

Yea, yea, I know the competition was yesterday and I should have blogged yesterday, but I was tired okay.

Give me a break.

Anyway, the friendly matches both for volleyball and netball were both equally entertaining.
Convent rocks!

Ah well, I embaressed myself infront of a few 50 odd pupils by showing-off my not-so-good volleyball skills.

Gah, thats over and we won in the end. We still rule. And it was really memorable to be a part of the event. I mean it was really nice that I was actually given a chance to play. It was my very first volleyball match in my whole life.

Netball. Sweet revenge for our netball team. We beat SIGS. Good job to our dear netballers. You guys deserve the win after what happened during MSSD. My heart goes out to you guys!

I was screaming and cheering my lungs out. It was worth the extra effort. Talk about being "semangated" Convent.

I LOVE MY SCHOOL!

Hahaha. Yup this is the volleyball team. I guess that would be my first yet last time in a volleyball team.

This week. Its sports week for me.

I played a record of 4 different sports.

YAY ME!

Monday. Its volleyball. Yea, 3A played against 3C in the finals and yes, 3D won. But it was a great game lar. Although I got smacked by the ball I did have fun. Volleyball skills improving!

Tuesday. Netball game. Finals again 3A versus 3D but the ending was different. 3A won. Yippies!

Wednesday. No games today. It was Christmas concert!! Hahaha. If not I would have played hockey.

Thursday. Ping-pong. I was not supposed to play this, but ended up partnering Jolynn to play in doubles. We thought we were gonna loose in our first game seeing both of us never touched the ping-pong bat let alone play a proper game. But believe it or not, we won both our games and went to the finals. talk about miracles happening.

Friday. Supposedly softball day but we played badminton! Haha. I'm now tired and aching all over. Yet it was fun. Playing with teacher versus Chris and watching Geraldine run around.

Yawning now. I need to recharge my batteries.

I'm back form the longest confinement in my life.

I guess I'll be going thru the longest relapse now.

Its officially official, that faithful day, or should I say

PMR has just been an irritating pest, pain in the arse thingy.

I was prevented from the TV, computer, the radio world, blogging, smsing and novels just to re-study three years worth of crap which I'm pretty sure I'll never put into good use or even remember it in the future. People like me tend to study stuff and delete it immeadiatly after the exams.

I doubt I remember what is transpiration or what happened to Parameswara.

Briefly explaining my PMR experience.

BM, just plain crappy

BI, could have done better

MATHS, could have been less careless

SCIENCE, just kill me now

SEJARAH, I'm feeling a bit confident

GEO, the worse geo paper I've sat for

KH, unreasonably harder than expected

Its pretty obvious the education ministry or the government hates the people born in 1993.

We are classified as the guinea pigs.

UPSR, format changes around mid-term, PMR is the toughest in like three years.

What next?

We can only guess.

Okay, I'm gonna stop bringing up the depressing stuff.

I've only slept 6 hours in my previous two nights.

I've finally tried bowling. I like it. Its pretty fun and I'm pretty good. Hahaha. However I sprained my thumb.

Anyway, yesterday, was pretty dissapointing he wasn't around. I did see him on Friday though. But well, the dissapoinment is still there.

Back to the topic. The BBQ was fun.

Cooking the chickien and sausages, watching the guys try to figure out how to cook sausages without burning them and playing truth or dare kinda made up for the horrendous PMR week.

Oh yea, it was really funny watching Greg strut around in heels.

I came back smelling like smoke.

I figured out.

I did really stupid stuff before.

Gosh I wish I had not done any of it but I'm really sorry.

I'm pretty sad to see Jeok Lynn and Irwin leave. It could have been me.
But I was too cowardly and simply screwed my entrance test.

Eunice was walking along Orchard road. Thank God my mum is a filipino cause her embassy is near Orchard road. Anway, as I was walking, I saw this guy. He was ang-moh lar. He was like really cute. Then he walked on. However I kept bumping into him. Then I realised he was also gonna tkae the MRT. ANd you know what, I almost followed him into the MRT going to Marina Bay while my parents were heading for Woodlands. I almost stepped into the MRT until I realised it was the wrong one. Lucky me, or else I would be lost.

Oh I'm Formula 1 crazy again. I really miss watching the races.

I've fallen in love with Kimi Raikkonen.

He is hawt!

My books are screaming yet again. Here I come.

The word which everyone hates yet loves. Its worldwide. Everyone from every nook and cranny of this world understands it. Its the ultimate entertainment, yet the ultimate killer. Its something the 99.9% of the world's population enjoy doing, but its one of the most deadliest weapon.

Yes, I can't believe that something can be so huge in the world today. People tend to think only girls and women gossip. Oh how wrong that statement is.

I think in this generation, guys can give the girls a run for their money when it comes to gossiping.

The feeling of sharing a piece of interesting news must be a great feeling.

The common phrases heard,

"eh eh, did you know so-and-so did something with so-and-so"

"Oh my god, you know something, yesterday while I was doing what-and-whatever I saw you-know-who doing you-know-what"

"You will never believe what happened. So-and-so said this-and-that".

Sounds familiar? I know.

Human nature is like that. We just love the feeling of being let in on the "juiciest" piece of news. I myself for one like gossip. I won't deny that. But don't you dare deny you like it as well. I mean how on earth do you think Entertainment Tonight was formed or how paparazzis are getting their money.

How does it all start? Person A tells person B. Then person B tells person C and D who will tell their friends, and their friends will tell their friends who will tell their other friends and so on. The list never stops. And before you know it, almost everyone knows about it.

The best part, each time the story makes a transition, the story changes and somehow becomes more expanded and exaggerated.

Example, lets just say, Lily caught Mona picking a biscuit she dropped on the floor and eats it. Lily goes and tell Mary and Jane who tells Lisa, June and Brenda who tells their brothers and sisters and boyfriends or pets.

Finally when one of the last people gets the news it will sound like this,

"Did you know Lily saw Mona pick up a biscuit which she dropped in the toilet and the toilet floor was wet with pee and she actually ate it. After she ate it she said, Yummy!"

Poor Mona, for the rest of her life she will be traumatised about picking up the biscuit.

I'm not feeling too well today. I think I've got the flu. Ah well, getting sick is usual.

I was trying my best to concentrate. I failed.

My brains are gonna go KAPOOT anytime soon. Its something like a time-bomb waiting to go off.

And when it does, it'll look something like this,

You know something, I can't believe I'll actually say this, but my life is one problematic one. Thank God for school and friends. They actually make me forget my life. My home isn't what you would specifically call a home. Its more of a war zone. It get really sickening when every single time you come home she is locked in the room and the rest of us are treated just like that. Blame on my luck for having a foreign mother. Nothing else matters just as long as she goes back home.

Dear mum, when will it penetrate that thick skull of yours, we have no money and no matter what you do we will still have no money.

Thats the problem with foreigners, they have no sense of the real world. All they think is about themselves and their life. Sorry for ranting about my inside problems, but I need to be heard.

I'm still looking for my rainbow's end, where my peace of mind and sense of relief lies.

What I'm living now is just a total misery.

I promise I'll find what I'm looking for and if I do have kids, they won't ever have the life I have now.

Funny thing, I found those "wise" words actually true.

I mean you know you are going to fail no matter what so why try right?

But, if you don't try you'll never know.

Ahh, life is really contradicting.

Example, "practice makes perfect". However there is another quote, " Nobody is perfect".

I don't get it.

All these quotes are suppose to help those who are in need of advise and what not, but its just confusing them and me.

Its only September yet I'm practicing for a Christmas play.

My role is pretty minor so I'm not grumbling.

But all these planning for Christmas makes me exicited.

I can't wait for that time of the year again when all the trees, songs and lights

start to come out.

Yea, maybe at times. However I just know that if I laugh too much in one day, the next day will turn out pretty bad.

Thats bad. I laughed way too much today.

Its been raining for a long long time and I'm feeling seriously cold.

Its kinda suprising cause I have a layer of thick fat yet it doesn't insulate much heat.

Nearly there? Nope, not quite yet. One more month then its all over! Yes, PMR. I'm kinda sick of waiting for it. I mean, I barely managed to breathe and now I'm being dumped with another exam. Oh well, endless problems faced by a teen. I've asked this from time to time, what use are exams? Sadly I never found out. Or maybe I just didn't like the answer I got.

I'm supposed to be studying now. I mean I do have an exam next week, but the thought that trials are over makes me lose interest in even touching my books. Gah! Its bad, really bad. I know those who have sat for their PMR are thinking, "Oh, PMR..that was so simple. I didn't need to study." Oh right, that explains why my science sucks. I mean its just form 3 science and I can't cope without tuition. I used to not study for science.

Why am I even blogging about science?

I amaze myself at times.

Come to think of it, I don't know what I wanna do in the future. I thought I knew. So many dreams, but I can't achieve all. Thats sad. I kinda spoilt my highschool life by making it so adult-like. Got involved in so many things which made it so confusing. Thank God I realised that just in time before I wasted it just like that.

Wondering, has this day finally come? It doesn't hurt anymore when I see stuff right now. maybe a bit, but not that much.

I'm finally walking along the path of life.

Its Sunday, 31st of August. Here I am sitting infront of the computer blogging and eating ice-cream. I need to self-indulge myself to recover from my tiredness of the past week. I think I'm almost cured, thank God for the extra holidays.

I can't possibly blog about Install or about the dinner just yet. I'm waiting for the pictures to reach me. Sadly my dear good friend Geraldine is taking an awfully long time to send it to me. Oh well, patience is a virture(oh right).

Ah, I'm married incase you all didn't know. Yea, just yesterday. Long story. My husband has had emmm..three wives and I'm his fourth. Oh well, I heard his gay from a 9 year old. Thats bad right? I'm somehow always involved with gays. Goodness, anyway he is cute but if only he would use his brains just a bit more. But it doesn't matter anyway, its just a superficial marridge. I just love his money.

Yesterday...

Was the 24th of August.

The end of The Olympics.

The end of the holidays.

Oh well, back to life and reality. I didn't really blog much during the holidays.
Life has been pretty hectic. Blame it all on bad bad planning.
It was the holidays yet I didn't get the chance to sleep in. Not one day.
Is that even considered a holiday?
It was full of activities and tv. Hmm..so adventurous right?
How did the week pass..here is the story.

Monday,
Day 1. Thought in my mind, "woohoo! the holidays are here!". Had to go to school, then after that 3 hours tuition. Ah well, only today tomorrow will be better. How wrong I was.

Tuesday,
Thought in mind, " Yeah man! I'm going Singapore! Cute guys here I come!". Yea, I did see cute guys, however I was so tired at the end of the day. It just had to rain while we were walking on Orchard Road. Talk about blessings from God.

Wednesday,
I was getting pretty groggy in the morning. My dad had to just spoil my day by saying your not allowed to go out after going to Singapore. Oh wonderful. Had to go for facilitating training. It was pretty nice because of the change of environment and people. I was kinda getting sick of the usual routine.

Thursday,
Batteries running low. The only thing keeping me awake, caffine. Back to school again. My sleepiness dissappeared all thanks to Kari and her "I'm the next Lee Chong Wei of Ping-pong" idea. Typical of her. First she wanted to be a gymnast now ping-pong player?! What next? A diver?

Friday,
I'm suprised I still can move. Poor joachim, totured by Convent teachers. That was funny. Then, it suddenly turned very quiet. Oh well, by the end of the day, I was thinking how am I gonna last till Sunday?

Saturday,
Ahh, too much happened, I can't fit everything in. All I know someone irritated me to the max.

Sunday,
I was so tired I was the walking dead. I played the piano like shit in class. It was the closing ceremony. I almost cried when the torch flame went out. Ahh, those lasting memories. Back to school and welcome back horrendous result.

Disheartened beyond words. Giving in is part of my life. I gave in time after time. However all I did was not appreciated. You irritated me beyond my limits. I just had to stop talking before I said anything stupid. I just don't get it. Aren't what I'm doing enough to make you happy? I do what you want me to without saying anything. Not enough?

Oh well, your confusing.

BEIJING OLYMPICS 2008

The 29th Olympics held in Beijing, China will be the olmypics which I will remember for the rest of my life. I mean, the timing itself was bad. I had my trials while the games were happenning. So frustrating.

I mean its The Olympics, let me repeat, THE OLYMPICS, let me stress on that a bit more, THE OLYMPICS for crying out loud.

So as you know, my head was not in the right place during my trials and now I'm wondering what are my results are gonna be.

This year's olympics is all about the person above.

If you don't know who he is, I guess you have been living under a stone with Patrick Star or something.

This year is all about Michael Phelps. At the age of 19, he swam at the 2004 Athens Olympics and he won 6 medals, just short of equalling Mark Spitz's record. However, he came back four years later and he said he was gonna win 8 gold medals and guess what he did!

I missed most of his races all thanks to the trials. Wonderful. But, I managed to catch his last few and I was sitting at the edge of my sit, right infront of the telly and screaming my lungs out.(try imagining that) This fella does not just win, he wins in style. He brought swimming to a whole new stage. Can you imagine, out of his 8 wins, he broke 7 world records and 1 olympic record.

Phelps is just cool. I pray he is not on drugs. That would be a huge letdown. I wanted to put eight pictures of him winning each event, but so hard to find the photos. So I'm just gonna put a few.

Anyway, apart from Phelps, the games have been a roller-coaster ride. From the phenomenal opening ceremony, the controversy about the child singer, the fake fireworks right up to the atheletes achivements. The games thus far have been so cool to watch.

Okay, enough about the olympics.

So, the trials are over, but it feels as though PMR is. Ah well, it normal. Anyway, I just watched a moive with Jolynn, Geraldine and Kari.

We watched 21. It was so cool. And as usual I was screaming during the show. You can't blame me, the guy is so cute, the plot is great so duh I was screaming. Jim Sturgess who acted as Ben Campbell fitted the role perfectly. I mean he has this blur, genius and innocent look. He is so cute. Hahaha.

When I saw the poster, I was like "Man this show is gonna be good and I have to watch it". Yes it was cool. I know I'm repeating myself, but I can't help it. Hahaha.

I mean, its so cool watching a group of genius youngsters make money in Vegas by playing blackjack. And the characters are really interesting. Choi, Ben, Mikey and Jill just completes the show.

I bet Jo is hitting himself now. Asked him if he wanted to watch he said no. Went and watch Clone Wars instead. HAHA!

BEN IS REALLY CUTE!

ahhh...during the show I was like smiling all the time because of him. He is like just the most adorable thing.

Jill. She is really pretty. If your a movie buff you will notice that she acted in Superman.

Haha. Great show la. Anyway, apart from that movie, Friday was just great. although we walked alot. Kari and I tried playing the dancing thing in the arcade, but failed tremendously. Oh well, all was done for the fun of it.

Ahh, life continues tomorrow. I've gotta go to school. Oh shucks, I'll be missing alot of Olympic action. But one can't have everything.

As Puan Emilda would say "you can't have your cake and eat it". I'm feeling all "englishy" today.
